A then is not 16!it is psg5 there is transistor problem in it!

I have bought a Vectra C 2002 2.0 diesel.
The guy who sold the car to me had problem with the dieselpump - so he ended up changing the hole motor inluding pump, then he didnt get start.

What can i do now? I have connected it to bosch because its only diagnose i have. It says no communication with ECU.

I have read hole thread and saw you fixed the problem after very much stress i think.

Can you or somebody help me in this case?
I dont have any pin/win or anything.

Please tell me what i will need to reset and get start?

if the pump is with two conectors -it is PSG16 ,ECU is on top
If te pump is with one conector -it is psg5.
Firs case you need pin code from old pump and pin code from new pump -adaptacion with opcom or tech2.
Bay carprog clone to read PIN and make ecu virgin -will cost to you only 100 USD,And you will have one good toll for money.
Test conections from ECU to OBD ,remuve 1 by 1 -car radio-chek,abs-chek ...till you get comunication.
You have KTS model?

hi it is possible to program with your op com and your pass c ode for new pump also you will need your pin code for car fitting it to,i have personally done the procedure but it was over 3 years ago think the link document below will explain ,if struggle i will try help and type up procedure for you,just been long time since

OPCOM China clone is 15 USD carprog

clone 80 USD ,If you whant to work in your car this is the tools that you need.You can see pump body when opening cover ,two or one plug.
Tech2 is special for opel but it is exspensive ,and there is calibration data from tis2web.
PS
OPCOM is diagnostic tool for opel cars till 2010 year.cover all models and modules in opel cars,
Carprog is univesial programmer writer for many IC ,dash boards airbag units eeproms mMCU ,and ECU-s /make ECU virgin,read pincode./
