did someone have the same problem when searching for a model at EPC 09.2013 giving the message: INVALID MODEL/DESIGNATION; even with a specific ident. nr. of a vehicle it gives the same message!
By the way there is nothing in drop-down menu ??

Could it be the license key ? My lanid is the following one: F80F411E96EB

Sounds like you should fix your EPC database. Didn't you get any error messages when you installed the database for EPC?

i have updated to 09.2014 few hours ago; and now database status is green-OK; but the same problem when searching for a model= INVALID MODEL !!

It wasen't there because you are not using EPC correctly--to use EPC correctly you must have the VIN or if not then you must know what assortment class and model to search---

In your case you are looking for 954 model designation---that is assortment class for trucks--so click on trucks(within the assortment class box) then within(trucks) the model designation you will find the 954 series.

You need to read more!!

Hi guys, I'm trying to install EPCnet 6.2015. I tried it on different computers but I always get the same problem. The installation stalls at 14/18 HPhookPost. It just won't finish this part. Never had it before with any other setups.

Anybody has an idea what to do?
