Check access rights from the server settings. See if "disable datacard" has been ticked. If you login as an admin group member, see access rights for that group.

At the WIS/EPC installation guide you will find this illustrated with photos.

I just installed latest EPC 06/2015 in Win7-64 and can't read EPC datacard.

I changed the last "1" in the bitstring to "0", click Update and the checkbox for "datacard blocked" disappears as expected, click Save, Save, OK.

But when I check it again, the checkbox for datacard blocked is ON again. It doesn't save that checkbox. Any other checkbox modification saves fine.

My LAN-ID is 5EC5D45FECFE

could someone help me with this error:

when typing to search for a model at EPC 09.2013 i get the message:
INVALID MODEL/DESIGNATION !

And, the database status for EPC is marked: ERROR !

is there a solution for this ?

Was the model you were trying to search found in the model drop down box??
