why my keys dosent work is there a tutorial how to create key`s or can you write to me what tool and how to.

I've dane this befor bat myy key dosent work WHY???

Hello everybody

I have installed WIS 2014.04 standalone and many other versions of WIS in past years but it never worked for me the choise "Table of contents".
I insert a VIN and then i push the button "Table of contents" to watch the capacities of oil tank and other informations but the message i take after that is "ERROR. Table of contents document not found".
I tried install in german and then in english (as my good friend Takis adviced to give a try, but didnt work).
Anyone who can help about it?

Right now im looking for a car with vin :WDB2110061A050299...
But generally european cars.. Usually after 2000 years models.im not new on handling wis so i guess its some configuration or something..Do you have the same issue?

EDIT: Takis were right..i havent change the priority language and i had all priorities in greek..so its my fault..thank you for your interest..So for the next ones who have the same issue, [Table of content works only in english] so priority 1 >english!!!
