I have this error installing WIS 04.2014! Any ideas or reformat everything!

I reformatted and installed everything from scratch! Just shows the same error. I do not know what its doing! What have Dell D610 These are from aliens???????

Its not about your DELL at all.

Something prevent your wis installation,..see log in ewa net admin!

Tell me,..as I see xentry is already installed,...is there aready installed ewa net or epc net?
post the log of your ewa admin here,to be able someone to help you!

Whats the computer name,..user name also?

ewa net epc net or not installed, I have a fix that is called New Patch is to bypass fitted and installation errors that change the computer name, username STAR is made! I'll post ewa admin tonigt!

try..
1. before installed please clean your ewa..
2. the tools at c:\Program files\EWA net\install\tools\CleanEWAInstallation.vbs
3. please re check your folder EWA net at Program files (please delete folder EWA net)
4. check registry.. at Hkey_LOCAL_MACHINE>>Software>>Daimler-Benz <-- delete this if you see
5. reboot..
6. try install your WIS at DISC DVD 1 don't mount DVD 2.. after the system say
"please insert DVD 2"now you change DVD1 to DVD2..
7. finish..

Hi everybody, i have "succesfuly" instaled WIS/ASRA EWA-NET Full, everything appears to be ok, but when i click on the WIS button nothing happens, internet explorer opens a blank page, but not the application. EPC runs fine.

Any help is fully appreciated.

How did youy resolve this problem? I have a same issue on version 3.2014, just come up a blank page when click on WIS button, no java loading....Is maybe java probelm?
I'm using a fresh reinstalled Windows XP SP3 32 bit, IE 8, java version installed is 7 update 25, EPC works good, but for WIS is problem like is described? If anyone know how to resolve this please HELP!!!

baseline wis is 1.2014, and updated to wis 3.2014, before I have installed it noramlly, but now it won't work, just view minutes I will send you a teamviewer details in pm...... be there....don't go

P.S. I solved the problem, it was a network card adapter, wrong LAN ID, gives me a wrong key for wis and that's way didn't start like it should!!! One more advice for everyone who might have issue with Java security that blocking propper start of application,
last good known Java version that worked with latest WIS and EPC is Java version 7 update 25, and you also must in JAVA settings, set security level to it's minimum to prevent blocking of apps. Cheers!!!

Again problem with wis this morning, I see thah many people have problem with WIS after update on 3.2014 version, I'm back on 1.2014 baseline and work well, EPC 3.2014 also work well....
Can anyone figure out whats the problem with WIS application after a 1.2014???

They went to a server application(WIS) and without access WIS only works in a standalone version!! Forget all this Java HS!!
